In other news, as you may have noticed (but apparently did not), I've submitted two new songs on devientart that are really unlike anything else I've put up. Hopefully this is a good change because you can expect a lot more variety in my writing.

2009 is going to be my year for personal goals and achievements. I've already set a goal to read fifty books this year (Which I stole from Kristina of fiveawesomegirls, who probably got it from somewhere else) and have finished nine so far. My other goal is to contruct a personal album to record by the end of the year. Riverside County, Jennifer, Stars, and My Point of No Return will all be featured. My third and final goal for right now is to learn to play the piano. This has been a goal for like two years, but now it's imperative because I plan on using the piano for Jennifer and two other related but currently unwritten songs.

Finally, my Wrock band, Professor Hooknose and His Greasy Gits, has taken on a new member, my friend John. We have a myspace set up now that you should totally check out. We're working on putting together songs for an EP. We have one demo for it up on our page now.

Okay, I've whored myself out about as much as I can. I hope everyone's new year is going wonderfully.
